SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We use the UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.

Shipping usually takes just a few days however we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate only. We urge you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you need something shipped overseas please sign up with a forwarding company like www.myus.com.  We cannot ship internationally, but if you set this up, we can ship it to wherever you set up an American address.  From there the forwarding company will take over shipping it directly to you at a lower cost.

RETURNS

All returns or exchange request must be made within 30 days. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back.

Shipping is not refundable on returns. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-damaged items that are returned.

All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts only once the item is received.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns and shipment mistakes also require an RMA number.
