1 pound bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1. Put the sausage in a greased pie plate. Top with the cheese and mix in slightly. Distribute the mushrooms and peppers evenly over the cheese.
2. Beat the eggs well (don’t add any salt, the sausage is salty enough); pour over everything.
3. Bake at 350º 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
