Who would’ve thought dairy would be bad for you before you go to bed? Isn’t there an old remedy for insomnia of drinking warm milk before going to bed? I guess they weren’t thinking of blocked pores and blackheads…I drink chamomile tea to help me to relax so thankfully I don’t have that problem. I don’t think I’ll cut out milk if I want it before bed. I enjoy it way too much and use as food before bed sometimes when I’m hungry but don’t want to eat. The other foods mentioned in the list I can agree with. I feel that they would just make a person ballon or break out because of sugar included. For example, could you eat something that has a lot of sugar before going to bed? I don’t really know what else to say here. We’ve all done it in the past. We all just need to change our habits and lifestyles for the better in order to cut out bad habits. What do you think?
